By accessing warmbake.lat and using services offered by 遵义汪焙网络科技有限责任公司, operating as Warm Bake, you agree to these Terms.
Warm Bake provides systems design, integration, consulting, and managed services. Scope and fees are defined in separate agreements.
You agree to lawful use only. Prohibited conduct includes uploading malware, unauthorized access, site interference, automated extraction, impersonation, and legal violations.
Site content is owned by Warm Bake or its suppliers. Personal viewing is permitted. Modification or distribution requires written consent.
Warm Bake is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the specific service in the preceding twelve months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, then arbitration in Zunyi, Guizhou.
